Stricter Requirements for the Creation of Federal Laws
The current state of law in the United States of America is a vast mess of legislation that needs to be fixed. Not only does every part of the existing system need to be reviewed and rebuilt, but new systems that improve the quality of legislation and limit the quantity that can be produced need to be enacted. The current system does little to nothing to prevent legilative problems from being written into law, and it’s not as if we can’t analyze laws in detail for flaws, it is in fact a point of the system that is widely abused that the production of legislation is of a dramatically lower quality than we could produce.
